The 13th International Conference on Frontiers of Information Technology, Applications and Tools (FITAT 2020)​

The 13th International Conference on Frontiers of Information Technology, Applications and Tools (FITAT 2020) and The 16th International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and Multimedia Signal Processing (IIH-MSP 2020) were convened online  by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and other university partners including Chungbuk National University (Korea), Shandong University of Science and Technology, Northeast Electric Energy University, Fujian Technical University (China) and National University of Mongolia (Mongolia).

IIH-MSP and FITAT are international forums that discuss the challenges that IT professionals are facing and the latest technology applications. This is also the bridge for the exchange and cooperation between TDTU researchers and lecturers with other researchers and experts in the world.

The presentations at the conference revolved around 5 main topics:

  • Information Hiding and Security
  • Multimedia Signal Processing and Networking
  • Database, Data mining, Bioinformatics and Applications
  • Emerging and Interdisciplinary Technologies
  • Industrial Applications and Doctoral Research Proposal

Proceedings of the conference will be posted in the Book series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies, published by Springer publisher (under Scopus category).

Occurring on 5th and 6th, November 2020, the Conference consisted of 20 parallel sessions with many presentations and introductions made by experts from many countries around the world. Some renowned professors in this specialization presented their papers at the conference including Prof. Nipon Theera-Umpon (Chiang Mai University, Thailand); Prof. Ho Tu Bao (Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan); Prof. Limsoon Wong (National University of Singapore, Singapore); and Prof. Junbao Li (Harbin Institute of Technology, China).
