High school students from the Czech Republic have a memorable experience at Ton Duc Thang University

On the morning of October 11, 2019, the delegation of Matiční gymnázium Ostrava School from the Czech Republic led by Prof. Ladisilav Vasevic, the Principal visited Ton Duc Thang (TDTU) and experienced the educational environment.

Dr. Phan Dao - the Director of the European Cooperation Center together with the Heads and Deans of the other departments and faculties, namely Business Administration, Information Technology, International Studies, many TDTU lecturers and students welcomed the delegation.

After a guided tour of Tan Phong Campus, Prof. Ladisilav Vasevic excitedly said that TDTU is one of the best universities he has ever visited. He also appreciates the hospitality, consideration and enthusiasm that TDTU lecturers and students provided.

At the meeting, the Matiční students introduced their "fairy" Czech Republic having picturesque places and structures. TDTU students also gave a short presentation on the cultural characteristics of Ho Chi Minh City, which are dynamic and integrated. Students from both schools gave musical performances and exchanged questions to understand the cultural and historical features of the two countries.

The school trip to TDTU is a part of the 10-day discovery program of Vietnam (from October 8 to October 18) of the students of Matiční School. 19 students and their teachers will learn about Vietnamese culture through interesting experiences such as enjoying food, learning Vietnamese, visiting schools and factories in Vietnam.
