Two training phases – Combining theory with practice

The training program is implemented in 2 phases:

In Phase 1, the program focused on equipping lecturers with skills to design lessons based on the blended learning model through the E-learning system. The specific topics included: an overview of E-learning in blended teaching; course management skills on the E-learning system; design of interactive online learning activities; applications of AI in digital content development; chatbot-based interaction and response on E-learning; and enhancing feedback and assessment using AI. After the theoretical sessions, lecturers will apply these skills directly in their Faculties, Institutes, or Centers over a four-week practice period to consolidate their knowledge and gain hands-on teaching experience.
