On 12 November 2019, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sciencebox Vina Co., Ltd. (Sciencebox Vina).

The Signing Ceremony was attended by Mr. Lee Dong Sen, CEO; Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Linh, Manager; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh, Sales Manager of Sciencebox Vina.

It was also attended by Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU; Dr. Vo Van Lac, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts and a number of the Faculty’s lecturers.

Both sides agreed to deploy programs including: student apprenticeship in Sicencebox Vina; recruitment priority of graduates from TDTU; vocational programs to develop skills of students; scientific research and technology transfer cooperation; and scholarship funds developments and respective services utilization.

Mr. Lee Dong Sen expressed his impression on the quality of TDTU's education and said that Sciencebox Vina employees graduating from TDTU are competent at their job, optimistic and has a professional work ethics. The CEO is especially generous to many university students through sponsorships in competitions. Through this cooperation, it allows the company the opportunity to promote its image and access to high quality labor.

Sciencebox Vina is a manufacturer and distributor of teaching and learning materials for subjects in the fields of science, technology and mechanics, established in 1982 in Korea. The company currently has branches in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
