Ton Duc Thang University students and international students conducting a campaign for environmental protection

At the beginning of academic year 2016-2017, Faculty of the Environment and Labour Safety held a media event on environment protection with the participation of 20 students from Lewis & Clark University (USA) and students of the faculty. The event took place on the 20th of September at 23/9 Park. Students of the faculty and the international students had prepared banners and posters to raise the awareness of the people and foreign tourists towards the importance of protecting environment and putting rubbish in the right place.

The purpose of the event was to guide and motivate people to put rubbish in the trash bins. That was also an opportunity for students to improve their teamwork skills and English skills with American students. Besides, that students picked up garbage at the park set a good example for other people to follow as well as propagate the meaning of protecting the beauty of the environment.
