Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Announces Personnel Decisions for the Party Committee of Ton Duc Thang University for the 2025–2030 Term

On September 24, 2026, at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee held a ceremony to announce and present personnel decisions concerning the University’s Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

The ceremony was chaired by Comrade Nguyen Thanh Xuan, Member of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Party Building Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Party Committee. Representatives of the Party Building Commission and the Inspection Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Party Committee also attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the following decisions were announced and presented:

Comrade Vo Hoang Duy, Member of the Standing Committee of the University’s Party Committee, Secretary of Engineering Division 3 Party Cell, and Vice President, was appointed Deputy Secretary of the University’s Party Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa, Member of the University’s Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Economics and Social Sciences Division 1 Party Cell, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Dean of the Faculty of Labor Relations and Trade Unions, was appointed to the Standing Committee of the University’s Party Committee.
Comrade Ngo Son Tung, Director of the Institute for Advanced Technology, was appointed to the Executive Committee of the University’s Party Committee.
Comrade Bach Xuan Ha, Member of the University’s Party Committee, Member of its Inspection Commission, Secretary of Administration Division 2 Party Cell, and Chief of the Party and Trade Union Office, was approved as Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the University’s Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Xuan congratulated the newly appointed officials on being entrusted with their new responsibilities. He encouraged them to continue drawing on their qualities, capabilities, and experience; uphold a strong sense of responsibility and solidarity; and take a proactive approach to leadership, direction, and implementation of their assigned duties.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Xuan expressed his expectation that the strengthened leadership team would work closely with the University’s Party Committee and the University to effectively fulfill its political objectives and tasks, implement the Resolution of the Congress of the Party Committee of Ton Duc Thang University for the 2025–2030 term, and achieve meaningful accomplishments toward the University’s 30th anniversary.

On behalf of the officials receiving the decisions, Comrade Vo Hoang Duy expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in them by Party leaders at all levels, emphasizing that the appointments represented both an honor and a significant responsibility. He affirmed his commitment to continued efforts, solidarity, and close coordination in leadership, management, and the implementation of political and professional duties, thereby contributing to TDTU’s development.
