Annual Gathering Program for Lecturers and Staff Ton Duc Thang University in 2025
From July 30 to August 1, 2025, nearly 1,200 lecturers and staff of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), together with their families enjoyed a lively and meaningful summer at the Annual Gathering Program 2025 (Summer Camp 2025).
On the day of departure, TDTU members gathered early, capturing joyful and lively commemorative photos that reflected not only their excitement but also the warmth and unity of one big family. After the journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Khanh Hoa Province, all members enjoyed restful moments at a comfortable seaside resort along the scenic Cam Ranh coast.

On the second day of the trip, the physical games and team-building activities truly brought the vibrant and joyful spirit of summer, while strengthening the solidarity among TDTU members.









On the evening of July 31, 2025, all TDTU lecturers and staff attended the year-end gathering for the academic year 2024-2025. In a warm and intimate atmosphere, the TDTU community looked back on the achievements and milestones of the past academic year. The University’s leadership praised and acknowledged the tireless efforts, solidarity, creativity, and dedication of the entire TDTU team, while also encouraging their continued spirit of devotion and active contribution to the University’s development in the upcoming academic year.

It is thanks to that collective strength that we have continued to write beautiful chapters in TDTU’s development journey,” said Dr. Tran Trong Dao – President of the University.
On behalf of the University’s staff, Ms. La Vu Thuy Linh, Head of the Department of Undergraduate Studies, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the University. She conveyed a deep sense of pride and solidarity, along with a strong commitment to continue contributing to its growth. She also affirmed their readiness to embrace the new academic year with enthusiasm, pride, and the vibrant spirit of TDTU.
As part of the Annual Gathering Program 2025 and in celebration of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2025), Ton Duc Thang University held a ceremony to honor and recognize the contributions of its managerial staff and employees who have played a significant role in advancing the Vietnam Trade Union. On this occasion, 15 lecturers were awarded the Medal for the Cause of Building the Vietnam Trade Union, as approved by the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.


In timely response to the Prime Minister’s call for the emulation movement “The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation to help Vietnam rise into a new era of prosperity,” Ton Duc Thang University has officially launched its own innovation and digital transformation emulation movement for the period 2025-2030. This movement aims to inspire and promote a proactive and innovative spirit throughout the University, encouraging every individual and unit to actively participate with specific, practical, and effective actions. It seeks to drive innovation across all areas of operation, accelerate digital transformation, harness collective intelligence, and progressively build a modern, internationally integrated, and pioneering university. The initiative also focuses on shifting mindsets, fostering creativity, and developing digital competencies – toward a fully innovative and digitalized education system that meets the inevitable demands of the future and serves as a key driver in enhancing TDTU’s quality and standing in the new era.
The annual gathering program of TDTU concluded a successful academic year with joy and memorable moments, celebrating achievements across all areas of the University’s operations.
This annual event, jointly organized by the University’s Presidential Board and the University Trade Union, is held for the University’s lecturers and staff. It not only serves as an opportunity for the TDTU community to reflect on the dedication and efforts of the past year, but also provides time for rest, relaxation, and the strengthening of collegial relationships. The program fosters interaction and connection among units, nurturing the unity and shared spirit of the TDTU family. It reignites enthusiasm for the new academic year and the journey ahead – supporting TDTU’s continued advancement toward becoming a world-class research university that better serves society, and makes greater, more responsible contributions to human development and national progress.
