Ton Duc Thang University Students Achieve Outstanding Success at the 2026 International Leather Design Competition
Students from the Fashion Design Program under the Faculty of Industrial Fine Arts, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), have once again demonstrated their outstanding creative capabilities by winning multiple awards at RLSD Vietnam 2026 (Real Leather. Stay Different Vietnam 2026)—a fashion design competition centered on leather materials, initiated by the Leather and Hide Council of America (LHCA) and organized as part of a global competition series.
The Grand Final, held in Ho Chi Minh City on July 6, 2026, brought together hundreds of contestants from universities and colleges across Vietnam. Showcasing collections and designs distinguished by originality, refined craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to sustainable fashion, TDTU students achieved remarkable results.

Most notably, with CHAMPA: THE LEGACY, Nguyen Tran Trong Nghi was crowned the Overall Champion of RLSD Vietnam 2026 and earned the honor of representing Vietnam at the international finals, scheduled to take place in October 2026.
