Duc Thang University Hosts the Second International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Engineering and Science

During April 2–3, 2026, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held the Second International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Engineering Science (ICCIES 2026) at Khanh Hoa Branch.

ICCIES 2026 is an international academic event chaired by TDTU in collaboration with Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (Poland) and University College Dublin (Ireland). This year’s Conference attracted 290 scientific papers from authors in 16 countries such as South Korea, Japan, Germany, Poland, France, Singapore, Ireland, among many. After a rigorous review process, 132 papers were accepted for presentation, corresponding to a rate of 45.51%. This demonstrates that the academic quality of ICCIES is increasingly being enhanced.

Under the theme “Innovations, Advancements, and Future Trends in Intelligent Computing Research in Engineering Sciences”the Conference explored several interdisciplinary and advanced research areas including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing, Intelligent Systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Cybersecurity and Data Analytics. These fields are considered vital for high-application industries such as healthcare, agriculture, smart cities, and the digital economy.
