On June 17, 2023, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held the opening ceremony of the Master’s and Doctoral Degree programs in 2023, phase 1 for 46 admitted candidates, including 3 doctoral and 43 graduate students.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, TDTU Vice President, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Le Minh, Head of the School of Graduate Studies and leaders of related faculties, institutes and departments.

Dr. Vo Hoang Duy congratulated the admitted students and hoped that they would make the most of the support and study conditions at the University to promote their research capacity and enhance professional knowledge. Thus, they could complete the study program with good results, providing a high-quality human resource and contributing to the country’s socio-economic development.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, on behalf of the new students, thanked the Presidential Board and leaders of the University for their attentiveness and creating favourable conditions for study and research activities. He also expressed his determination to achieve positive results during his time studying at the University.

Postgraduate training has become one of the priority goals of TDTU in its journey become an elite research university. Overtime, graduate students from TDTU have been achieving success in their careers either nationally or internationally, holding key positions in different departments, agencies, enterprises, and institutes. This contributes to affirming the position and prestige of TDTU in the higher education system.
