On the morning of September 28, 2021, the Student Orientation week for undergraduate students of Intake 25 of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) officially commenced with the program "Cultural Integration of TDTU".

This is a mandatory activity for freshmen to get acquainted with and integrate into TDTU’s culture. The Student Orientation week includes several topics such as the introduction of TDTU student culture and the program of three ethical conduct, student activities, instructions on learning skills at TDTU, instructions on academic issues, instructions on requirements and ways to achieve English output standards.

Attending the program "Cultural Integration of TDTU", new students will be introduced to the University’s system of regulations, the basic requirements for behavior in studying, living, awareness of preserving and building TDTU students’ culture.

The program of three ethical conduct is TDTU's traditional moral educational program for all students studying at the University, which is “achieving good learning results as filial duties to parents, respecting the laws and regulations of the university, knowing and caring for others and community”. By understanding and fulfilling these 3 tasks well, students can improve themselves, develop their expertise, become filial children in the family, and be good citizens for society. For many years, the three ethical conduct program has made an important contribution to building the unique qualities of TDTU students: filial piety, discipline and caring for community.

This year, due to the pandemic situation, students cannot meet for face-to-face learning and teaching, the university has to organize activities online. The freshmen have participated enthusiastically and asked many interesting questions.
