Heartwarming and Meaningful Activities Celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day at Ton Duc Thang University
On October 20, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) organized a series of meaningful activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day, honoring the vital roles and contributions of the University’s female lecturers and staff.
The celebration commenced with an Ao Dai photoshoot and a group photo session for female lecturers, staff, and employees from various Trade Union units. Following this, representatives from the University Trade Union visited various departments to extend warm wishes and presented gifts to female lecturers and staff across the Trade Union groups within the University.

Notably, on this occasion, the University Trade Union, in collaboration with the Department for Communications and Public Relations (PR) and the Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS), successfully organized a gathering program for TDTU's female lecturers and staff. The event featured a variety of meaningful and enriching activities, including: a tour of the VFIS campus; insightful sharing sessions on “Happiness like the Finn”, 'Secrets of Happiness,' 'Ensuring Children’s Happiness in a Healthy Educational Environment'; a Q&A session on preferential policies for lecturers/staff whose children study at VFIS; as well as musical performances and other enjoyable activities.
Earlier, on October 19, 2025, the University Trade Union also organized a Pickleball Tournament exclusively for female lecturers and staff to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20). The event attracted enthusiastic participation from female lecturers and staff across the University's affiliated units. The tournament not only embodied the spirit of “Being Healthy to Contribute - Being Beautiful to Spread Love” among female lecturers and staff, but also highlighted the dynamic and cohesive working environment at TDTU.

This series of activities demonstrated the University Trade Union's profound care for its female Union members and staff; successfully providing a supportive platform for interaction, sharing, and fostering stronger bonds among units, thereby contributing to the development of a friendly, positive, and human-centric working environment.
