On the morning of April 4th 2017, the final round of the third competition about Environmental Media in 2017 of Tôn Đức Thắng University students took place at the Hall of People Committee of Ward 13, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) with the participation of 3 best teams and the support of 3 other teams. In this competition, the teams performed based on the topic “For an adaptable and sustainable city” with the time limit of 30 minutes per team.
The Media program was carefully invested in scripts and instruments, attracting over 50 students from Le Dinh Chinh Primary School and students from secondary and high schools in the ward. At the final round, the organizer offered 2 scholarships for two pupils from Le Dinh Chinh Primary School who achieved excellent results in their studies and took part in plenty of community activities of the School.
The results:
- 1st prize: Green House Team (Faculty of the Environment and Labour Safety, TDTU);
- 2nd prize: Mystery Team (International University, Ho Chi Minh City National University);
- 3rd prize: Green Power House Team (Faculty of the Environment and Labour Safety, TDTU).
The competition has left a good impression of experience, skills, lessons, cordial spirit, harmony among the teams, and it raised the awareness about sustainable development of students from TDTU as well as from other universities.
