Enterprises share communication and customer care experiences with students of the Faculty of Business Administration
On October 22, the Faculty of Business Administration collaborated with Saigontourist Travel Service Company Limited (Saigontourist) to organize a talk show with the topic “Solutions for marketing, communication, and customer care activities in tourism before and after Covid-19”.
Speakers of the program are Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Tra, Director of Marketing & Communication and Ms. Do Nhu Thao, Saigontourist Vice Director of Human Resources Department and Head of Customer Care Department.
Speaking at a talk show, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Alumni (CECA) highly appreciated the cooperation between Saigontourist and the University in orientating and equipping students with knowledge and skills; at the same time, hoping that this is an opportunity to promote the relationship between the two sides to become even more cohesive.
From the speakers’ years of experience in the tourism industry, difficulties faced by Saigontourist during the Covid-19 period; the two speakers generalized practical lessons about the solution to change the communication method and how to respond to the crisis from the epidemic. The strategy of building a loyal customer network, new ways to bring the best customer experience, especially in the epidemic context, were shared with students in detail by the speakers.
Nguyen Ngoc Kim Quyen, a student of the Faculty of Business Administration, said: “As a student in Marketing, I am very happy to participate in today's talk. The speakers shared a lot of useful knowledge, not only professional knowledge but also about the current situation and trends of the tourism industry, helping me realize what skills I need to perfect to serve my future job”.
