Public lectures "5G Applications: Developments and Challenges. A post-pandemic update"

5G network is the fifth wireless network technology, which is inherited and upgraded quite a lot compared to the 4G network, so the download speed is faster and data transmission is smoother.

5G network not only affirms speed but also opens up completely new applications as well as creates a huge revolution quickly becoming a new standard of the smartphone world in the following years.

In September 2022, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) will hold a public lecture on the theme: “5G Applications: Developments and Challenges. A post-pandemic update”, which will provide the basics of the 5G network, developments and challenges in the post-pandemic period.

Time: 09:00 to 11:30 on September 6, 2022.

Venue: Hall 2A, Ton Duc Thang University; 19 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaker: Dr. Tran Van Hai, who is currently the Director for Computing and Telecommunications of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (formerly the General Accounting Office, the U.S. Congress). He is also a visiting Professor at George Washington University, Washington DC.
