Ton Duc Thang University opening a self-defense course for female students

In any society, women, children and the elderly are considered to be among the most vulnerable. To help female students at Ton Duc Thang University enhance their ability to defend themselves against immoral acts deliberately caused by others, TDTU has decided to organize a self-defense course for female students. The course focuses on helping female students maintain good mental health, exercise self-control in various circumstances, maintain a good state of general health, equip them with the necessary self-defense skills to protect themselves and others as well as  help them to become more confident in their daily activities. The course, which lasts for two months, runs from 22 March 2017 to 14 May 2017 under the guidance of acclaimed national Martial Arts champions. The course is especially for self-defense, attack, as well as various techniques and skills to escape danger. Upon completion of the course, students have the option to sign up for more advanced courses that suit their particular needs.
