On March 12, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) Party Committee held a ceremony to award the 30-year Party Badge to Party member Le Van Dao, member of Administrative Party Cell 2, and gold plaques to Party members who have been in the Party for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 50 years, and also held a conference to summarize Party building work in 2023 and implement the 2024 tasks.

Distinguished guests attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Thi La - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University and College and Comrade Dang Thuy Khanh Van - Head of the Party Committee’s Propaganda Department. From TDTU, there were Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Comrade Tran Trong Dao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, TDTU President; Comrade Vo Hoang Duy - Party Committee member, TDTU Vice President; Comrades in the Party Executive Committee and all members in the Party Committee.

At the conference, comrade Vu Anh Duc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council reported the summary of the Party building work in 2023 and implementing the 2024 tasks. Comrade Bach Xuan Ha - Member of the Party Committee and the Party Committee Inspection Commission, Chief of Office of the University Council - reported the results of inspection, supervision and enforcing discipline in 2023. In addition, he directed tasks in 2024, and reported the results of assessing the quality of the grassroots Party organization and Party members in 2023 of the TDTU Party Committee.

On this occasion, the Bloc Party Committee awarded a certificate of merit to the TDTU Party Committee for excellently completing tasks in all aspects of Party building work, participating well in activities, and achieving many objectives, achievements and prizes in competitions. In addition, TDTU Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 Party cells and 29 Party members for successfully completing tasks in 2023; awarded certificates of merit to 3 Party cells that well implemented the “Dân vận khéo năm 2023” model and 6 Party cells that well implemented the Party development work in 2023; and awarded gold plaques to 23 comrades who have been in the Party for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 50 years.
