Ton Duc Thang University signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Pukyong National University (KOREA)

On the morning of January 10th, 2017, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Pukyong National University (PKNU) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement between the two universities. Present at the agreement signing ceremony were Professor Le Vinh Danh – President of TDTU, leaders of faculties, departments and centers of TDTU, Professor Kim Young Seop, President of PKNU and the delegation of PKNU.

After discussion, the two universities agreed to cooperate in implementing activities on joint training programs, student exchange programs, sharing experiences, technology transfer and research cooperation through establishing research groups, building shared laboratories, and other activities. After the ceremony, Professor Kim Young Seop and the delegation of PKNU visited and experienced the studying, training, and living environment at TDTU campus. Professor Kim Young Seop expressed how impressed he was by the remarkable development of TDTU, and promised to promote the cooperation for sustainable and effective development of the two universities.

International cooperation in education is one of the three most important strategies of TDTU. At present, TDTU has expanded its cooperation relationship with more than 100 universities and educational institutions around the world. The cooperation provides lecturers, researchers and students of TDTU with access to advanced science and technology as well as enhancing the prestige and image of TDTU in the region and the world.
