A short study exchange program of La Trobe University students at Ton Duc Thang University

Twelve students from La Trobe University have recently finished a short study exchange program at Ton Duc Thang University from 2 to 14 December 2019.

During this two-week program, students from both universities together held many academic and extracurricular activities, such as “Processing solid waste in Vietnam”, taking a field trip to study the current waste treatment technologies at Insee Corporation and Luong Hoa Leachate Treatment Station (Nha Trang), and exploring Vietnamese culture by visiting HCMC’s popular tourist attractions, Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta.

The program has left a long-lasting impression on La Trobe University students thanks to the openness and friendliness of both TDTU teachers and students from the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety.

International student exchange activities at TDTU are fast growing in both size and quality, creating opportunities for both TDTU students and international students to exchange their culture and study throughout the year.
