Prof. Perry Hobson collaborated with Ton Duc Thang University to develop tourism for Binh Dinh Province

In the afternoon of July 8th 2019, Prof. Perry Hobson, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor in charge of international relations at Sunway University (Malaysia) and Prof. Joseph Lema, Stockton University (USA) visited and had a meeting with Faculty of Business Administration of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).

Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly, the Dean of the faculty and her faculties welcomed and discussed the contents of training and research in the field of hospitality with the professors. Simultaneously, she introduced the Tourism Development Project for Binh Dinh Province, which has comprehensive cooperation with TDTU.

Prof. Perry Hobson and Prof. Joseph Lema have made practical and straightforward suggestions for Binh Dinh tourism development such as building sustainable tourism infrastructure, developing the culture of local characteristics in tourism business, strengthening supervision to limit spontaneous and mass tourism development like some other localities, and developing night-life activities to maximize the potential of domestic and international tourists.

During the meeting, Prof. Perry Hobson signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Business Administration to implement the Tourism Development Project for Binh Dinh province.
