On April 17, 2019 a delegation from Nanhua University (Taiwan) led by Prof. Wann Yiu Wu, Vice President, paid a visit and worked with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). Welcoming the delegation was Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Vice President and a representative of Faculty of Foreign Languages.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the cooperation plans in implementing a two-phase undergraduate program (2.5 + 1.5) in Chinese language, exchanging program for one semester for students of the two universities, and organizing short-term courses for students of the two universities.

Nanhua University was founded in 1996, which consists of 5 member schools namely School of Management, School of Humanities, School of Social Sciences, School of Arts and Design, School of Science and Technology with about 5,500 students. This university initiated a relationship with TDTU many years ago.
