On the afternoon of March 27th, 2019, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Ryomo Solutions Vietnam Company signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing was attended by Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, TDTU’s Vice President, Director of Center of Enterprise Cooperation & Alumni and Dean of Faculty of Information Technology. The company was represented by Mr. Kabasawa Osamu, General Director together with Heads of Human Resources Department and Project Management Board.

According to the MoU, the two sides have agreed to carry out general activities such as (i) implementing the visiting-internship-apprenticeship programs at the company for TDTU students, (ii) opening a policy of prioritizing recruitment of TDTU students, (iii) organizing career-oriented programs to develop soft skills for students, (iv) establishing a scholarship fund to finance students’ academic activities, and (v) implementing research and technology transfer programs.

Ryomo Solutions Vietnam was established in 2004, which is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in manufacturing application softwares and developing embedded supply systems for Japanese market.
