The International student week at the Faculty of Applied Sciences

The international student delegations from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand and the Malaysian Technical University (MTU) with varied citizenships such as Nepali, Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian have just completed one studying week with the students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) from July 16th to July 23rd, 2018.

The TDTU and international students have had a variety of academic and extracurricular activities together such as practicing color printing and producing dry perfume; learning about the mangrove ecosystems and participating in plantation at the Protection forest in Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City; visiting and studying at Bao Loc Campus and Nha Trang Campus (TDTU); learning about the biodiversity of the highlands of Da Lat City and the Institute of Oceanography of Nha Trang City.

The international courses conducted by the Faculty of Applied Sciences have brought many practical benefits for learners; enhancing professional knowledge and providing many necessary life skills. TDTU and foreign students had the opportunity to study, exchange and live together; obtained many good things from friends and grew up a lot.
