McMaster University signed cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University
On the morning of December 5th, 2017, Prof. Peter Mascher, Vice president of McMaster University (Canada) visited and exchanged possible cooperation programs with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU).
Prof. Dr. Le Vinh Danh, president of TDTU and Prof. Peter Mascher exchanged the possibility of cooperation between the two universities in science, technology and education such as participating in the implementation of common research projects, co-hosting international conferences; exchanging with students and lecturers, as well as considering developing double degree programs.
On December 4th, 2017 Prof. Peter Mascher, Vice President of McMaster University and Dr. Tran Trong Dao, Vice president of TDTU, signed a cooperation agreement between the two universities in the presence of the Governor and Ontario state’s delegation (Canada's largest State) on the vacation of a visit and trade promotion between Canada's Ontario state and Vietnam. This partnership is a follow-up of the previous visit of Mr. Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada to Vietnam in November 2017.
