Ton Duc Thang University joining hand for developing Robotics talent of Ho Chi Minh City

On May 21st 2017, the HCMC Department of education and training, The Young science and technology development Centre, ELI Limited company and Ton Duc Thang University together organized The HCMC Final Round of Robotics Talent: ROBOTACON 2017. This was at TDTU multifunction stadium with 250 competitors who are from 54 elementary schools, secondary schools and high schools in 15 districts in Ho Chi Minh City, participating in Robot dragging, Robot football and Robot automatic programming.

ROBOTACON 2017 is a creative playground and Robotics competition, where competitors must apply knowledge in order to program and operate robots in the competition as required by the organizer, develop creative thinking skills, instill knowledge, consolidate, improve teaching and learning for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths), and increase STEM practice for students. Outstanding students will be selected to participate in the international Robotics talent competition: IYRC 2017 in Malaysia in August 2017.
